Zeag machines are Swiss made and, if installed correctly and well maintained, as reliable as can be found anywhere. We also have an excellent team of support engineers. So why bother with a maintenance contract?
From analysing our statistics, we have found that well maintained machines are nine times more reliable than poorly maintained machines. We thus provide a regular maintenance service or training to help staff do the maintenance themselves.
We are moving from a time based maintenance model to one based on usage. This ensures that heavily used machines receive the regular service they require for peak efficiency.
We have recently launched a Guaranteed Revenue contract for customers where breakdowns are expensive. This sets a guaranteed service level and if we fall below that we make up the revenue lost. We believe that no other operator has machinery reliable enough to make such a service work.
